Completed Q3 2021, Pua Loke is a new construction project providing 54 affordable housing units for the community of Lihue, Kauai. The project is nearby to public bus stops, schools and the Kukui Grove Shopping Center. Pua Loke is comprised of 15 1-bedroom units, 24 2-bedroom units, and 15 3-bedroom units. The majority of the units are available to those making 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI), but some of the units are 100% AMI and for families experiencing homelessness.

Built with a mindfulness of resource usage, Pua Loke achieved LEED Platinum in March 2002. A community center allows for parties and gatherings. Social services are provided by the property, at no cost to the tenants. Other amenities include on-site laundry.
