1142 Kinau is a planned new construction project in the City and County of Honolulu. The 18,750 square-foot property will have a 20-story tower with a total of 206 residential units. Residents will pay no more than 30% of their available income as rent. 1142 Kinau will remain affordable for the next 61 years.

The project will offer 95 one-bedroom apartments  and 111 two-bedroom apartments for individuals and families. Amenities will include vehicle and bicycle parking, a laundry room, on-site staff and management office, and a community room for gatherings. Queen Ka’ahumanu Elementary School is directly across the street. This prime location is within walking distance of Safeway, Walgreens, a Post Office, and McKinley High School.
