330 Ku’ulei will offer 40 affordable rental units to serve individuals or families in the heart of Kailua. The project will include units available from 30% of the AGMI (Area Gross Median Income) up to 60% AGMI and will remain affordable for 61 years. Construction is to be completed Q1 2026.

330 Ku’ulei is within walking distance of Kailua Elementary and Middle School, Whole Foods, Longs, and many local restaurants. The six-story, elevator serviced building will be comprised of 20 one-bedroom units and 20 two-bedroom units. Amenities will include parking, bicycle storage, and a laundry room.
