2012 charles l. edson TAX CREDITS EXCELLENCE AWARD

The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition selected Banyan Street Manor as a recipient of an Honorable Mention Certificate in the Public Housing Revitalization category for the 2012 Charles L. Edson Tax Credits Excellence Awards Competition. This award is presented to the most outstanding Low Income Housing Tax Credit developments across the nation.

leed registered project with a certification goal of gold

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system devised by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) to evaluate the environmental performance of a building and encourage market transformation toward sustainable design. Kaniko'o is a LEED registered project with a certification goal of Gold. Each apartment is built with high-effiency water fixtures and fan and ceiling fixtures that take advantage of the natural tradewinds.

Kolopua won the 2016 Building Industry Association Renaissance Grand Award in the Hawaii BuiltGreen LEED Certified Commercial category. The 31st Annual BIA Renaissance Building & Remodeling Awards showcases excellence in design and construction of new and remodeled projects. Established in 1986, the prestigious BIA Renaissance Building and Remodeling Awards is an opportunity to gain recognition from industry associates, clients and the public.
